Beauty brand located in Orlando, Florida is recruiting Independent Contractors with at least 2 years of sales experience in the esthetic and/or permanent cosmetics industry. We are looking for applicants who are sales and goal driven with a record of success, who enjoy helping customers obtain knowledge as to how to earn more in their practice. A passion for working in the beauty industry is a must!

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience
• Prior customer service experience
• Must possess a friendly, courteous and positive attitude
• An existing book of clients that fall within our target market is a plus i.e. Physicians, Medical Spas, Spas, Beauty Salons, Nail Techs, Makeup Artist, Cosmetologists, Dermatologists, and Hair loss specialists
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven retail sales, hospitality or high-level customer service experience
• Experience with and/or knowledge of esthetics or permanent makeup
• Full Skin Specialist license
• Available for events on a national basis
• Interest in working alongside a growing company

Duties and responsibilities:

• Meet outlined sales goals
• Ensure all accounts are documented accurately and accordingly with follow up completed as necessary
• Handle all customer inquiries professionally and within company guidelines
• Open new accounts within your territory and company guidelines
• Coordinate and organize launch party events

Working Conditions:

This is a commission-based independent contractor position, and some weekends are required.

• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
• Multi-task, prioritize, possess excellent follow through skills and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently or as a part of a team environment
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• CRM Experience
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
• Beauty Tradeshow Experience

License:

• Esthetic License, Full Cosmetologist (including Facial a plus) (Preferred)

• Commission
